Follicle
is called a cystic structure, located in the ovaries, which contains and nurtures the ovum. It may grow to as big as 18 – 24 mm in diameter (3/4 – 1 inch) before the process of ovulation, at which point it releases the egg.

Follicle
Phase is the pre – ovary part of a woman’s ovulation cycle, during which a follicle grows and high levels of estrogen cause the lining of the uterus to proliferate. As a rule, it occurs between the 12th and 14th days of a cycle.

FSH (Follicle Stimulating Hormone)
is the kind of hormone, which provides the recruiting and then stimulating of the growth of the follicle in the ovary. It also provides the formation of the spermatozoa in the testes.
