Preclinical Pregnancy
is when the pregnancy is evidenced only on the basis of biochemical data in serum or urine yet before its evidence, proved by ultrasound.

Premature Ejaculation
is the term, used to describe a condition, when the man becomes so much sexually excited, that most of the time he ejaculates yet before his penis penetrates into the woman’s vagina.

Premature Ovarian Failure
is the term, used to describe a condition, when the woman’s ovaries run out of follicle yet before the normal age associated with menopause.

Preterm Birth
is any birth event, which takes place after at least twenty up until thirty seven completed weeks of gestation. This term covers live as well as stillbirth.

Pretesticular System
is the name of the male hormonal system, which is responsible for the sperm production stimulation as well as for the development of male secondary sex characteristics.

Primary Testicular Failure
is the congenital either developmental or genetic error, which may become the result of a testicular malformation that prevents sperm production.

Progesterone
is a hormone, which is produced and released during the second half of any healthy woman’s ovulation cycle. It is also extremely necessary during the preparation of the utrine lining for the implantation of the fertilized egg process.

Progesterone Withdrawal
is the kind of a diagnostic procedure, which is applied in order to make an analysis of the menstrual irregularity and / or amenorrhea. Prolactin

Pronucleus
is the term, used to describe some specific stage of the oocyte or sperm nucleus before they get united. After this union the conceptus is considered to be a zygote.

PROST (Pronuclear Stage Tubal Transfer)
is the process, during which the oocytes are aspirated, allowed to fertilize in vitro and the conceptus is transferred before the cell division (cleavage) begins.
Prostaglandin is the hormone, which is produced by the uterine lining. It is considered, that this hormone, when produced by active young endometrial implants may interfere with the reproductive organs, causing muscular contractions or even spasms.

Prostate Gland
is one of the glands of the reproductive system of males, which produces a portion of the semen, including the chemical, which liquefies the coagulated semen twenty minutes up to one hour after it enters the woman’s vagina.

Puberty
is the period of life of nearly every person, when the body begins to produce adult levels of sex hormones, such as estrogen or testosterone. Moreover, the youngsters’ bodies begin to acquire the characteristics of adults: in girls their breasts begin to grow and develop, in boys a beard becomes to grow, in both sexes pubic and auxiliary hair appears; teenagers begin to attain sexual maturity.
