Causes can be:

  Sexual in nature
  Problems with the ejaculation
  A possible blockage in the epididymis or the ejaculatory ducts
  Absense of the fluid part of the semen
  A misplaced urinary opening, also known as the "hypospadias"
  Anti-sperm antibodies.
